"When I researched fence systems for pets this was the only one that our Vet recommended.  In years past I installed a fence system myself from a large box store and it never contained our dogs.  I wanted professional service and professional equipment this time.  Our dog, German Shepherd, has done extremely well.  Her collar has been programmed to work at our daughters house so when we visit we can feel safe to let her out.   While this is not the cheapest around it WORKS.  Our dog is safe. <br /> <br /> Update May 2015, the collar quit working, one call and new one was in the mail.   The item was under warranty.   We had to do a little programming over the phone but we were back in business.   What great service."

"I had several bids for my deck. RPM was the lowest bid, but that is not why I chose him. He really took the time to talk about exactly what I wanted. I'm a little picky about wanting to know details, and he was the only one who went into detail about how things would be put together. My last deck was basically slapped together in an afternoon with a crew of 6 guys. If you are looking for that type of deck, RPM is not your guy. Rick cares about the quality of his work. Edges are sanded, Railings and posts are caulked. The stairs are so solid! He hand picks the wood to ensure it's straight and of good quality. He added supports that were missing from the last build. The only delays we experienced were due to the unusual amount of rain we received this summer. He kept in contact with me throughout and didn't leave me wondering. Rick also presented a written bid with details - he is very professional.  I can't say enough about his work. If you choose him, you won't be disappointed. I would definitely hire Rick again. <br />"

"They are probably in line with about everyone else. They have a crew that comes out to power wash and stain. They did the fence too. They did a fine job. I think there were three that did the job. It probably took about half a day. I think they power washed one day and came back to stain the next day. It was a clean when they left as when they got here. I think they were very thorough. The fence still looks good. The deck I will probably have to redo, but it gets a lot of sun."

"His employee clean the gutters and ran water in front of the house clean the downspouts. He cleaned the gutters in the back but to not run water, because he said he was running late for another job. I asked him to connect to three foot plastic extensions from the gutters which entailed putting two screws in each one and he told me he should have charged me for that you don't do it for nothing. So I paid him $125 because he didn't sound like he was kidding."

"Sam Hook came to the location to review the scope of work and inspect skylight we were looking to replace. Sam explained that since the Low-Profile Flashing with Adhesive Underlayment for Curb Mount Skylight was in sound shape all that St. Louis Skylight's would need to do is remove the old panel and replace the new panel. Sam further explained the technician would also replace the J-channel which likely was brittle due to age and exposure over time. Sam took pictures and shared the pictures with me for the existing Skylight he inspected. The scope of work would be very simple and straightforward. Access to the roof is very easy to achieve. Sam was cordial and professional. Clarence came on-site to install the 22-1/2 in. x 46-1/2 in. Fixed Curb-Mount Skylight with Tempered Low-E3 Glass (Velux FMC2246) product. He backed up the truck to the roof, climbed on the truck, walked onto the roof with the unit, completed the work, and collected finally payment within 45 minutes. Clarence was professional, and laser-focused on getting the job finished quickly. Having done some homework to prepare for the initial sales consultation, I requested clarification from Sam Hook on the cost and value comparison between the offer given by St. Louis Skylights and the same panel unit if purchased at a local box store ~$200 including taxes. I did ask if this was the very best price St. Louis Skylights would offer. Sam didn't satisfactorily answer my economic question. I was underwhelmed. Given the customer cost of the unit is $184 at a box store, the wholesale cost is possibly no more than the deposit required to secure the sales agreement ($169). A price of $676 for this service and product installation is too high which is why I am graded 'D' for cost, much lower than overall provided 'B' for the entire experience. There are over 50 buildings in the close neighborhood/HOA which could be a market opportunity for ~75 identical product installations. I didn't like the pricing. I didn't have a better alternative immediately. I will share with neighbors/HOA our experience was somewhat positive, the price seems much too high for what was required. I will leave it to HOA to make an informed decision based on ours."

"I didn't find them on Angie's List. They are a local company. They were very timely. They kept us up to date as they were putting it in. They just did an excellent job. A couple of winters ago we had a really bad ice storm and we had some trees come down. We had to replace a section of the fence and one of the gates. They did that and it just looks like new. I don't remember the amount because insurance paid for it. It was about 2 years ago. They were very friendly and very professional."
