"Roofing Force was awesome. Always responsive during the decision process (had looked at 5 companies) with Doug. Roofing Force was not the cheapest, but after studying reviews, they were the most qualified in the metal roofing we wanted. We definitely got we what paid for. The crew immediately got to work on arrival and didn't stop until it got to dark. All the work was completed in 2 days. Roof is amazing and should save on cooling cost in the summer and more resistant to Kansas weather (had asphalt shingles). The seamless gutters are amazing and the rough construction they did for us to fix the fascia boards is superb. These guys are worth every penny and more. So glad we went with Roofing Force. Their expertise in both detailing the work to be done, helping with the planning of work statement, ethics of the work crew (simply amazing how efficient and expertly completed), the work warranty as well as the warranty on Boral Steel roofing, ensures we wont have to deal with our roof for decades to come. And we also got a bonus of gutter shields so I don't have to climb up on the roof to clean out the fantastic seamless gutters. The new skylights are vastly superior to what we had (recommended by our sales rep Doug). Don't know If I get to add a picture of the work done for us, however, we could not be more pleased with Roofing Force. Simply awesome to work with and the end project result is more than we had hoped for. As far as price, just a few more dollars than their nearest competitor, but when looking at how long Roofing Force has been doing steel roofs, and the length of time their work force has been doing roofing (the crew working for us had 10-16 years of experience per individual with Roofing Force - they knew what they were doing), the buyer simply can not get a better deal or end result. "John Kelemen with Ferguson Roofing did a fantastic job. He came promptly, which I really appreciated because water was coming in through the roof. He examined the roof and took pictures of the source of the leak. When he showed me the pictures he explained what was wrong, what he would need to do to fix it, and how much it would cost. The repairs were very affordable and he went ahead and did them right away. If my roof needs any repairs in the future, I'll be sure to call Ferguson and request him. This is the second time we've used Ferguson Roofing--they replaced the roof on our previous home--and we were very happy with their work on that job too. I highly recommend them, whether it's for repairs or for an entirely new roof."

"Contractor left a large paint sprayer in our garage for 4 months while the house was rented by vacationing guests. (the house is a vacation rental home.)  I had to point out to contractor that they painted over a fungus that was growing on house siding, instead of properly cleaning/removing this prior to painting.  They painted over the lights on the exterior of the house instead of removing prior to painting. Contract stated that soffit vents were to be installed on both sides of the house.  Contractor only installed soffit vents on one side of the house and did not inform me of this.  I paid contractor in full ($14,258.00) and found out later that the soffit vents were not installed on both sides of house.  December 7, 2015, I informed contractor I wanted him to install the missing soffit vents and needed the roof warranty paperwork.  Contractor told me he would send me the paperwork for the roof warranty. We still have not received the roof warranty. Jan 6, 2016 he responded to my request saying he would install the missing soffit vents, he still has not completed the work.  I have not heard from him since and have not received the roof warranty.  His phone has been disconected, voice mailboxes are full on other phone lines he has. We have texted, emailed and called he refuses to return any form of contact.  We have been forced to contact the roofing supplier ourselves in an attempt to obtain our rightfull warranty. We are not sure if they will be able to link the contractor to our roof. Plus our contract included a 10 year warranty on the workmanship and the company won't even respond to our requests to just finish the job they were paid for. I can only imagine trying to get them to stand by their workmanship warranty.

"The estimate and the people doing it was good. They knew what they were talking about and took their time. They said the work would start early February before they can start, which is fine its no rush. But we would appreciate if they could just give us a date. My wife has chased them down and they haven't gotten back to her. Just keep us in the loop, we shouldn't have to chase them down. We understand if the weather delayed or a set back. Its not hard to make a call or send an email."
