"I don?t think he really did anything for $483, except changing the dryer tubing - told me that it hadn?t been installed correctly (he seemed happy to criticize work by others). He ?worked? for about 25 minutes. I asked him how his hand-carried vacuum reached all the ductwork from the corner of our condo. He said it was all in the furnace and not in the ducts. He talked about mold and its growth in the humidifier; gave us an ?estimate? for chemical treatment and then UV lights to neutralize growth. John McCoy made many comments about the monetary value of the condo and valuables. His bumper stickers were political (anti-Democrat -pro-Turmp? messages). I am aware I spelled the president?s name incorrectly. He sent me photos (they don?t look like anything I can see in my furnace and humidifier). I would be wary of his services. I feel like this was a scam. He does not meet the standards for the Better Business Bureau (BBB) but has 3 complaints on the BBB website."

They said it did not need sweeping (though we later found out it did) and they asked if we wanted an outside inspection as if it were an add-on. It was raining and I guess they did not want to get wet. They then were delayed sending us a quote and when we asked for one, it was nebulous and prohibitively expensive. Four quotes later we found a company that would do the work needed and not upsell us. We paid $250 effectively for nothing."
