The technicians was prompt and ready to go. He went above and beyond what was asked of him. He assisted and gave me suggestions for my project and did the work I asked him to do. He was definitely a life saver helping me out with my water tank. The service I thought was going to cost a ton of money was Penny's compared to their competitors. "Received outstanding service from the entire team at Logan AC and Heating. Called Logan to receive an estimate for a AC and Furnace system. Talked to Mary who was very knowledgeable, professional and extremely personable. She worked with my schedule to have a Comfort Specialist at my home the next day. The Comfort Specialist, Mike, arrived on time and called prior to arriving to let me know he was on the way. Mike was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He provided an estimate with detailed information on the various Furnace and AC units available along with a recommended system for our home. He also provided manufacture and Logan discounts along with a military discount and a choice of a $550 freebie. After making my decision to go with Logan, I contacted Mike to set up the installation. Mike made arrangements for a next day 9 AM installation. The installation team, Devin, Eric and Josh arrived on time and did a dynamite job. They provided me with a step-by-step installation explanation. They took their time to ensure both the Furnace and AC was installed correctly. They supplied drop cloths ensuring no outside dirt was brought into the house. They also gave a through explanation on the electronic filter and operation of the thermostat. When all was completed, they did a through cleanup of the utility room and removed all debris. Absolutely outstanding service. "I had a leak somewhere in my upstairs bathrooms or pipes that over time caused a hole in my living room ceiling and water was dripping from the hole.  Plumbing Installers came out, inspected the pipes, and immediately determined that one of the upstairs toilets was leaking.  They tried to fix the leaky toilet but found that it had a crack in it and had to be replaced.  The new toilet works fine, in fact I hadn't been using that toilet for years because it never flushed properly - the new one does and it's almost like I have a new bathroom to use!  While they were here I asked them to fix a leak in a bathroom faucet and adjust two other toilets that would keep running after flushing.
The plumbers arrived on time and were very professional.  They kept me updated on what they were doing and any problems encountered.  They disposed of the old toilet and any other trash from their job.  They left the work areas clean.
I would definitely use them again for any plumbing work.  I am also going to have them out to repair the hole in my ceiling.

"They were very good with initial response, estimate, and install date. The quality of the install was mediocre; attention to detail, not so much. They did not worry too much about cleanup after the job, several examples of that; I have un-removable black goo on my driveway. There was supposed to be a two week follow-up visit and I was going to address some of my questions and issues then but was scheduled twice and did not occur either time, no call no show the second time. I realize this all occurred during a peak time of year. The unit does work without difficulty and we are happy to have HVAC but I will probably go with another company for service and maintenance.
