We signed in July, and was told the calendar had us pointing to an October installation. With a very rainy fall, Chris's team kept getting delayed, but Chris did a great job communicating and discussing status with us. Winter arrived, and we didn't get installed until March, but again, Chris kept us in the loop, and I can't really blame him for the weather. Chris has a large backlog of work because of the quality, care, and craftsmanship of his work. He went above and beyond (adjusted some gutters for us, as well as added a pad of concrete at the bottom of our deck stairs to ensure we were setup correctly). If you want a paver patio, walkway, retaining walls, etc.. done right the first time, call Yanton's, they will do it right. We couldn't be more pleased with the patio."

"No doubt the concrete was done very good. But in the process they ripped a piece of metal from my porch and left a gapping whole in the overhang. I was told by Adam they would be out to check it. Did not happen. They did come back to seal concrete an sprayed it on my house and storm door. I called and was told theyâ  d stop by. Did not happen. The seal is a bumpy, white patchy work that Iooks like somethingâ  s been scattered on it. Iâ  m tired of asking for someone to come see my complaint. So I quit. I will be call BBB, because they said I have a year guarantee but itâ  s only been a month and they have breached the trust. Nice people with a bad follow thru."

He is attempting to fix the issues however i feel it really just needs torn out and re done. Very sloppy, uneven concrete areas, concrete splatters on my window screen, brick wall and awning post."

"Mantz Lawn and Landscaping came out to the house to see what the issues were and discuss how to solve it. I had some ideas, and he was able to explain how my ideas would work or not. Suggestions were given for some areas, such as relocating a shed to another area of the yard to increase the yard space available in a section, and spotting some mold on the northfacing exterior wall that he was able to powerwash. He also helped fix the decking and created some paver areas where kids naturally walk to reduce wear and tear on the garden beds. The work was phenomenal. When we moved in, the moving company all loved and commented on our backyard, and I am so pleased with the front yard's curb appeal. There are a few elements that will have to grow into full completion (i.e. the crepe myrtle tree needs to actually grow from the sapling), and per my request he left space for me to happily add more plants. This was an expensive project because it was a LOT of work - nearly a month's work. But the landscaping really makes the perfect house into the perfect forever home."

"Robert is a firendly, very professional all around fix-it-guy! He saved my bathroom renovation project! I originally hired Robert to install drywall in my master bathroom. Just prior to the install I broke a plubming fixture in the master bathroom. Without missing a beat Robert gave me an estimate for the plumbing repair as well as a slight enhancement (raising the shower head 4 inches, I'm tall). He completed the plumbing repair, testing the water seal then launched right into the dry wall project.. I'm a pretty finnicky guy when it comes to blemishes on the wall or visible seams yet cannot find a single fault in his work."
