"The project was to paint a steel exterior door, one side. I had the paint, but it was latex and I was told that they preferred not to use latex on a steel door. They used their own paint. Job was good and done in a timely manner. However, after about a month, the paint was still soft and was sticking to the weather striping. I called and was told that sometimes "latex" paint took a while to dry. Latex? I thought they were not going to use latex. It is now December and the paint is still soft & tacky. They have agreed to repaint the door, but I did not want to be without a door in sub-freezing weather. They say they will repaint it in the Spring. We will see how that goes and I will follow-up the review."

"<p>We had our house painted a couple weeks ago, and in the process of power washing, the painters removed the bird netting under the eaves as it allowed them to more thoroughly clean, and then get better paint coverage.  We are new to the house, and didn't give the purpose of the bird netting much thought..., and boy were we wrong!  Within a week and a half of completing the painting, we started getting birds trying to build their mud nests!  So, since we were going to get the windows cleaned anyway (we had used Lake Tahoe Window Cleaning before and were extremely happy with them), I asked about installing bird netting.  They did it!  And Jamie, the owner, sensed my urgency and got a crew out right away to both clean the windows and install the netting, including cleaning up the budding nests!  After spending all that money for painting, we did not want mud and bird poop down the side of our house!  And once they nest and lay eggs, they become protected, and you can't touch them until October when the baby birds fly away.  So, time was of the essence, and Jamie and her crew came to our rescue.</p> <p>And, oh yeah, they did another fantastic job on cleaning the windows!  The guys were efficient, courteous and very personable.  We will use this company again, and am taking one of their cards to our neighbors who are battling the swallows as well!</p> <br />"
