"Temo ended up changing out all five fire detectors because whenever he changed one we could still hear chirping. Eventually, we discovered the carbon monoxide detector which is a plug-in close to the hallway floor was chirping. Once he changed it, all noise stopped. We're not sure if they all needed changed or not, but they are all new now. Once I ran out of 9V batteries, Temo supplied the rest. Throughout the process, Temo was very patient, friendly, and professional. I was very pleased that he came on such short notice and would recommended his service to anyone. I will call him again should any handyman need arise."

"An appointment was scheduled to provide an estimate.  Miguel called and asked if he could come earlier than the appointment time, as a previous job had finished early.  He was willing to work with us, as we were uncertain if we wanted the whole house or only part of it done.  He also had color samples.  He provided several quotes. <br /> We opted to have the whole house and detached workshop done.  Miguel and his team arrived on time, and worked throughout the day.  Downspouts were placed in locations as appropriate.  The team was very pleasant and thorough.  The color matching was excellent - can't even tell there are gutters on the house! <br />"

"The quality of the work was very good. I kept adding things that needed to be fixed and he was responsive to my growing list of needs at the house( our second home in Tahoe). I initially called him out to only  fix  some plumbing, but the list kept growing. The plumbing problem was very minor. However, he was very generous and did not charge me for the first plumbing visit, when I added  a bunch of other repairs. I really appreciated that.  <br /> He is a small business owner and seems very busy(which speaks to his quality). So the only downside is that it might take him a few days to return calls and to schedule the work. We had no deadline for the work we needed done, so it was not problem for us.  <br /> Would definitely use him again.  His pricing seemed reasonable, but we did not bid out the work so I did not compare it to others.  <br /> <br /> <br />"

"The project was to paint a steel exterior door, one side. I had the paint, but it was latex and I was told that they preferred not to use latex on a steel door. They used their own paint. Job was good and done in a timely manner. However, after about a month, the paint was still soft and was sticking to the weather striping. I called and was told that sometimes "latex" paint took a while to dry. Latex? I thought they were not going to use latex. It is now December and the paint is still soft & tacky. They have agreed to repaint the door, but I did not want to be without a door in sub-freezing weather. They say they will repaint it in the Spring. We will see how that goes and I will follow-up the review."
