Harry literally climbed into a small roof crawl space for us in the heat of August to make sure he could check every nook and cranny of the house. He leaves no stone unturned, he is very professional and is honest with his assessment. He doesn't gloss anything over, he tells it like it is and that is exactly what you want from a home inspection. He takes detailed notes on his computer as he goes, and prints out a binder for each customer with his assessment, as well as photo's of the inspection. We have used these binders to maintain several rental properties over the years, they are a fantastic resource for any home owner.
