"Dream was very personal and friendly from the first phone call. I explained what I'd like to be accomplished and I asked if certain tasks could be done & her response was whatever I wanted. Bedroom with attached bathroom was done as I asked as well as going above. Other rooms were also very thoroughly done. Only thing was items not put back where they were, which could be I didn't realize I should have put items away. This is not meant to be a criticism. I was very happy with results. The pricing in my mind was very reasonable. "

The contractors I normally use for work (I'm a property manager) charge way more for a unit that's less than half the size of my old apartment, and their work is mediocre at best.
