"We have hired Andrei five times over the past two years to make improvements to our rental condo in Provincetown. Every job was done punctually and completely to our satisfaction. The cracks in several walls caused by the 1870 building settling, those in the ceiling of our shower caused by a roof leak, and holes in drywall caused by renters pulling out several towel bars were repaired and repainted flawlessly to the point that you cannot tell where the cracks or holes were. Andrei is always polite, honest and helpful. He responds to inquiries immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends or to hire him again."

"Manny, owner of Watertight Contractor, is exceptionally responsive following up on my HomeAdvisor request within an hour, visiting my home within a day or two to match my schedule, and providing a reasonable bid . He and his team came out on time (actually, arrived a few minutes early ) and did an Extraordinary job. I am very pleased with the new roofs on my backyard sheds, and the cleanup inside. Manny also removed and repaired a shed door so that small animals could not longer enter through a large crack from split wood. He and his team worked independently, quietly (no loud shouting back and forth) and respectfully - my neighbors are so impressed that they are planning to call him in the future. I was holding videoconferences from home and was very appreciative of his ability to work without asking for my opinion or review every 30 minutes. Manny also relocated some cabinets and was very thorough and neat, sweeping up afterwards. Very efficient, and extremely knowledgeable, respectful, honest, professional. Great price , we got 3 quotes and Atlas wasn’t the cheapest but after the job that Paul and his crew did I would hire them again over and over . Actually we own a commercial building in Weymouth and Paul gave us a great price to install a rubber roof on the 1,000 square foot roof . I no they will do a great job on that as well . My 1st review was not very flattering as I viewed the occurrence given facts as I knew them, and I said I wouldn't use him as I couldn't seem to get an estimate from him.  I rescind that earlier evaluation completely as Mr Persson stopped by and showed me he had indeed sent an email re roofing estimate, which must have gone immediately to my email SPAM.  Since I delete my email SPAM often, I have no way to be sure it came to my account.  

The estimate he gave me in person seemed to be very fair to re roof with the best roofing material available.  I was impressed that he would take the time to personally stop by after he was made aware of the estimate problem.  I am leaving the Cape until next May.  I will probably use Persson Construction to re roof my house at that time.  If I use Persson Construction for this job, I will update my review at that time."
