"Quick, high quality work! Previously, I used Dunaway in 2021 to complete repairs to fix a leak. These repairs were completed on time and with such a high quality that an inspector later commented on how well the repairs were performed. In April of 2024, I needed several repairs completed quickly and a new roof to close on a home. Dunaway completed all of the repairs including a new roof, trim repairs and replacement, gutter replacement, and exterior door replacement (along with painting repairs) very quickly. The repairs were excellent. Throughout the process, they were excellent at communicating with me, answering questions, showing me work and issues, and completing everything I needed to close on time by working sunup to sundown. The owner and his wife along with all of their employees are friendly and respectful; they were great about cleaning up and leaving the site looking acceptable for my neighbors and HOA each day during the progress and at the end of the job. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to everyone."

"Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that.
