"Terrible billing structure and administration services. Quoted $499 for shower drain leak repair with ceiling repair, split into two visits. Charged $770 additional at the second visit without prior consent. I was misled about the cost and did not approve additional charges. The new invoice states customer must be forewarned of additional costs, so I called the manager. However, the manager would not discuss discrepancies, disregarded the original quote, and threatened to escalate my bill. I would not recommend Handyman of Lake Oswego due to unethical business practices. One star due to quality work, although the worker did not match the ceiling paint, leaving the job unfinished."
