I bought the service through Angie's List and the pricing was in line with other places I used this type of service. We talked about the spring turn on and what other services they might provide. It's a small system that needs some tweaking and heads that need fixing. They asked if I"d like to be on their spring turn on list - and that is a definite YES!  Makes it easy for me because I don't have to think about it and try to find their contact info. I had a service I used for years at a another location and I always had to chase them down to get the sprinkler taken care of.  This was easy peasy, friendly, informative, professional.

We couldn't be happier with our choice of Blessings Landscapes.  We interviewed three highly rated Angie's List landscapers and chose Blessings based on Jesse's ideas of how to decommission the existing Koi pond.  His was not the lowest bid, but we felt that he had done the best job of understanding what we hoped to accomplish and explaining what he planned to do.  We had one 20 year old Koi still in the pond and the other landscapers just told us to go on Craig's List to try to get rid of him.  While that's probably a reasonable thing to do, we didn't want to deal with Craig's List or try to find a new place for the fish.  We were just delighted when Jesse said he thought he knew of another home.  Not only did Jesse move Bobo the Koi, but he took videos of Bobo in his new home showing how well he was adjusting.  That was just way beyond necessary.

Blessings tore down the old waterfall and built a new one on a smaller scale with a much smaller catch basin so we still have that nice ambient noise.  I suits our yard.  They removed the bio-filters that we'd used for the Koi.  They removed all the old pond liners, filled in the area where the 1100 cubic foot pond had been, tore out the English ivy, added landscaping cloth and then rocks to create a dry creek area, put in a couple of shrubs and bark dusted.  The project took about a week.  At one point, just before the project was finished, I wasn't happy with the way it was looking.  Everyone was very patient in trying to understand what would be better to me, even bringing over pictures of other projects to see if that was more what I had in mind.  They couldn't have been more responsive and quickly set about making the changes that made all the difference to me without once rolling their eyes.  The attention to detail was just great.
