Founding owners, husband and wife team Bill and Kathleen, started out as ordinary customers, looking to upgrade their own home with replacement windows and replacement patio doors. "Drywall work to square off an arch opening to a room and painting was excellent. This was done as part one of work. Part two was to install a double barn door. The barn door install was not good. Drilled in to wrong end of one of the doors. What should of been a few hours to finish was all day and not close to finishing due to other issues occurring with the contractor. Door was special order. He tried to order but this did not work out. Never returned my call, text, or email. I notified the contractor of canceling and hired Lowes direct to finish/ correct the install and having to cover new expenses to finish. Money was not paid to the contractor. I would say partial services were performed which is why I say 2 stars vs one. I am still over in total expesnes from original budget."

He had the window repaired and returned to proper working order in a timely manner, and demonstrated how to properly operate the window as to how to remove it from and return it to the frame. I would highly recommend this company as they did what they promised and for exactly what they stated the job would cost when making the appointment."
