"Very professional and nice guy"

I am sole owner and local small business man here in Manchester. Life long resident. I own a restaurant in town, a small machine shop and have been in maintenance all of my life. I am coming close to retiring from a local government contract I have been with over 25 years. I have started this business because I love to “fix stuff”. This is what I wish to do in my retirement future. If I can’t do it, I know enough people in town that can. I am a people person and enjoy helping folks. I look forward to meeting all of you.

I’ve been in the business for 20 years doing residential and commercial projects. I worked as a subcontractor for Lowe’s for 5 years doing all their residential remodeling work, specializing in kitchens and bathrooms. I am 2 time certified in Schluter products and installation. I do custom tile work such as showers, floors, backsplash’s, etc. I also do hardwood flooring as well as LVP. I offer most all home maintenance & improvement needs.\nI understand that your home is a sanctuary for you and your family & will treat it with respect, keeping my jobsite clean and safe for children and pets. I have pictures of all my work as well as many references. Give me a call for all your home remodeling or maintenance needs today.

"Cleaning was very thorough and professional. It did end up costing slightly more than was initially quoted, but is was a big job."

"Mr. Floyd is a wonderful man and hard working. Showed up when he said he would. Didn't tell us we needed repairs that weren't necessary. Very Honest and a Pleasure to have here. Will be the first person we call when we are ready to replace the whole roof. Reasonable prices"

"They did a fine job and I may call them back in January on another project"

"The house was sparkling clean! I was impressed with Ana’s hard work, thoroughness, and trustworthiness! Would love to have her back regularly!"

"Mr. Marquis was prompt in beginning the roofing job and quickly worked to completion, despite having to dodge summer afternoon storms. He located and repaired the source of the leak, while completely replacing the roof on my rental house. I appreciate his patience in helping me work through some issues with PayPal in getting him paid. He was very polite and courteous, and communicated well throughout the process. The finished job looks great!"
