OMGosh! After you have read this you won't call anyone else.

On Tuesday, Sept 2, 2014 we called  at 7:30 a.m. to have our Air Conditioner looked at because it had gone out the night before. We were so pleasantly surprised to get a human and not an answering machine (mind you this is the day after the Labor Day holiday). After speaking to Russ, he made an appointment to be to our house at 9:00 a.m.  What??? Unbelievable!!!  And as promised Russ was at our door.

My husband and Russ talked, Russ looked over our unit, advised my husband what needed to be done and then went ahead and repaired the unit. Before, during and after repairing the unit my husband and Russ carried on a very friendly conversation. My husband, and I quote, said "Russ is one of the nicest most honest men I have ever met".  We truly cannot say enough great things about this man, his honesty, his integrity, his work ethic. He is genuinely one of the best!
