"I contacted John Santana, of Choice Home Repair, explained what I needed done and setup an appointment with him to come and look at the jobsite and to discuss in further detail what is required to accomplish what I wanted. John arrived at the appointed time, he thoroughly assessed the area to be worked on, brought to light some areas of concern and made some suggestions on how he would go about to resolve these issues. He also took the time to explain why they needed to be considered. Afterwards, John worked up an estimate, in a reasonable period of time. I thought his price was more than fair and had him draw up a contract. After singing off, I fronted him the funds for materials that needed to be special ordered. When John began the job he partitioned off the area to minimize dust and he cleaned up at the end of the day. Being that this job was done in December, I allowed John to setup in our heated garage where he could work. Here too he partitioned off that area to minimize the dust from his saws and other tools needed for the job. John Santana is a very conscientious, honest, and polite professional that does high quality work. He goes beyond the norm so that in the end everything about the job is solid and looks great. I highly recommend John for any home improvement work needed and would definitely hire him again. Actually, I’ve already discussed with him about the next project I will be doing."

"CP construction went above and beyond. Plumbing was updated at no charge and a special touch was added to my fireplace do to the fact that there was a short delay in finishing the job. Overall, I was very pleased with the work. My kitchen received an entire new layout adding better utilization of the space. My bathroom was entirely remodeled and the areas of the ceiling that had to be repaired blended well with the undamaged ceiling. Even though there was a small delay in finishing the job, Chris communicated timely and apologetically. Professional crew; I would hire again."

"I woke up and more than half of the electric in my house was not working (overhead lighting, heat). I wasn't sure if this was due to a storm that came through over night or something more serious. I called Len and explained my situation, expressing concern and confusion and he agreed to come by and take a look. He was there in 20 minutes with another gentleman, checked the box in the basement and ran some tests on the meter outside. Not only did he provide me their number but offered to wait while I called them so that I could explain his diagnosis properly. My father has Alzheimer's, and went through that tearing up stage of all the paperwork, so I had no idea of who installed the Sunroom. I called Bitner who refused to take my phone number, stating that they don't repair someone elses work. I called Great Additions who never returned my phone calls. <br /> I called Blakeslee Home Improvement, and Robert Valenti wasted no time in coming out on 8/8/2012. He investigated the problem, and informed me that the roof was finished. The original company who did the installation of the Sunroom never bothered to put sheeting or roofing tiles on the roof, also never bothered to connect the downspout from the house to the Sunroom. They just took advantage of my elderly parents, and ran with the money. <br /> He informed me of their heavy schedule, but would fit us in. He did, within a few weeks he and his crew were out to repair the roof that another company never wasted their time to finish. It's looks wonderful, they even matched the tiles to the roof of the house. <br /> This company is AWESOME. If you want good / great/ excellant work done, give them a call. <br /> <br /> <br />"
