"I called to have my chimney cleaned. They called me back the following day and set an appointment for the following day. They set my appointment for 9 am. They arrived right on time. They were very professional and very good. I was unaware of several problems and they fixed them along with the cleaning of the chimney. They took pictures before and during the process. Letting me know exactly what they were doing and what they were going to do. They never made any mess and cleaned everything up. I would highly recommend them. They are not from this area but I am sure glad they traveled to get the job done."

"Shelby communicates clearly and pleasantly. She is professional and friendly. She did a deep cottage cleaning for us initially with follow up cleanings that have resulted in the cottage looking better than it ever has. As well because of her extensive background and experience, Shelby is also able to provide valuable advice, recommendations, and other services."

I’ve been cleaning homes for about 10 years now and genuinely love what I do. I actually got started helping my mom, and it turned into something I really take pride in. I enjoy making spaces feel fresh, comfortable, and taken care of.

"Install was easy. Up front cost was pretty low with Angie's List coupon. Monthly price is a little high compared to competing companies. Response time with alarms is excellent. I was advised to use glass break alarms within 10 ft of my first floor windows, which we installed correctly. I asked prior to installation if having one in the kitchen would cause false alarms due to dishes clanging, etc. I was told the glass break alarms are configured to a precise frequency that alarms with breaking glass. So, not a "no", but not really an answer. Well, every time we cook dinner, wash dishes or empty the dish washer, the kitchen glass break alarm gives a warning which would sound the alarm if it was set. This has caused us a number of false alarms while we've been away due to shifting bowls or plates in our drying rack. For the first several we've had to pay our police department $120 to check the house, and I was only notified after the first alarm that there was a cheaper option for a security company to drive by to check for a break in."

"I highly recommend Shane Diffin from Mid Michigan Duct Cleaning. He immediately responded to my request and did the work the next day. He sent a video while he was on the job as I was unable to be home. Easy and reasonable payment available through Venmo."
