Steve, the foreman walks in a room and detects a one-inch floor slant by eye sight. Incredibly
a tri-leveled laser beam proves him right. Our marble floor required less than
1/8 inch mortar joints. We were unaware an unleveled floor translates into uneven
jagged mortar joints. Our floor is perfectly smooth because of Steve?s years of
know how.

"After reading reviews on Angie's List, we gave Jay Gleason of The Home Wise Pros a call. Jay arrived on time for our consultation appointment, and was very well prepared. During our consultation he displayed numerous examples of previous jobs and their process through photographic documentation. He explained in detail all of the materials they use and why, and helped us choose a quality product that was not excessively priced. During the walk around, he pointed out differences between our old roof and new roof's our neighbors were enjoying. Jay was also very quick to point out that we did not need new gutters, spouts, or any other additional add-ons. On installation day, Jay arrived early with his crew soon following, and explained the events of the day in detail. The area around the house was well prepared for protection, and the crew was on the roof on time. While Jay was not onsite throughout the entire day, he came back to check in often enough that we didn't notice. When he was not on site, he called to check-in with progress updates and to check if we needed to leave (so he could advise his crew to pause). His crew were very respectful and professional. The job and clean up were completed well within the estimated time to completion. The next day, Jay came over to make a final inspection, and to sweep the yard again for stray nails (with a magnet). He showed us the pictures of our roof that were taken throughout the previous day's work, and answered any remaining questions. Dealing with Jay Gleason and The Home Wise Pros has been one of the most pleasant experiences we have ever had hiring professionals. We will recommend Jay and his company to all of our friends and family, and will certainly hire The Home Wise Pros again if needed."

"Used Angie's List coupon. Worth the drive to Laurel from Owings Mills. Owner himself came out to measure and give estimate. Please keep in mind that if you have, say, a 1000 square foot space to cover and there a number of rooms and closets and hallways and zigs and zags that add up to 1,000 square feet and the price is $1.00 per square foot, your cost will not be $1,000. Carpet is sold and installed by the roll, which maybe 12 or 15 feet wide. If there are a lot of corners and things to cut out and around then you will pay for that waste. I ended up with several seams (which are invisible) because the owner when measuring and determining the estimate used a more economical method in terms of material required, but it meant a little more work for the installers and saved me money. The installers themselves were punctual and efficient. Installing carpet is hard work. As mentioned there were a couple more seams with my installation but they were handled well and wouldn't be noticed even if they were pointed out. The carpet was a low level Mohawk product, but so far I have less than no complaints. It looks great and definitely will add value to my condo. I would not hesitate to use PriceCo for any future flooring needs."

"Anthony is awesome! He performed the repairs in my home… easily and quickly! His fee was very reasonable (and a HUGE relief!). I will call him EVERY time I need blind repair or even have a question. I trust him to be fair and honest. [The company that installed my window treatments and promised a LIFETIME WARRANTY on any needed repairs went out of business during the pandemic and I’ve been searching periodically for someone to perform simple repairs (cord replacement) on my blinds for years. I’d search for a while, get frustrated and then give up. Everyone either said they don’t repair products that they didn’t install themselves and I have to buy all new treatments in order to be covered under a warranty again (No way! I already been burned by that promise once…) or they insisted on removing my window treatments, taking at least a month to make the repairs and charging me almost as much as the cost of new treatments for the hassle and inconvenience.)"
