"Kevin's company did a great job. They replaced the damaged shingles and they look flat and perfect. They also sealed and secured the neighboring shingles that were bending up. Overall, it is a great job and I will recommend them to other customers."

"EXCELLENT SERVICE! As an ARMY Veteran I appreciate effective and efficient work. I recently had this company replace my roof, repair water damaged walls, repair/ replace plumbing, new flooring, new shower installation and drywall work. Their expertise allowed them to find an open pipe leaking water in my walls! Open communication about timelines and a basic breakdown of exactly what work is performed makes them easy to work with. Here’s why I recommend this company. 1. Price- Best Price when compared 2. Speed- They started the next day / worked quickly. 3. Professionalism- return customer for this reason. 4. Quality of Work- I’ve had so much done by Top Tier Property Group because of the great quality of their work. Try them out and you won’t be disappointed."

"These gentlemen were very professional, informative, and very cooperative. When they discovered more damage to my roof, they inquired me before proceeding. They are still my go to contractors for my homes in MS while living out of state.

"Timely response. Honest accessment of what I needed. He Actually told me I didn’t need a roof replaced. If you want a business you can trust to tell you what you really need, hire them. My neighbors that they did need a roof said they were very pleased and loved Thomas the owner."

"They did a very good job with the roof and the addition that came off the house and covered the deck. The only reason I gave them a B rating for quality instead of an A has to do with the finishing touches on the addition. All around the house the soffit fascia is covered in white sheet metal. When they finished the addition, which follows the roof line of the back of the house. They left it with bare, untreated wood. They don't use treated lumber because it reacts with the metal roofing and some corrosion may result. That's fine, but they should have at least covered it so that it tied in with the rest of the roof line. As we did our final inspection, I asked about the wood being treated and he explained why they don't use it. I said " so I guess I'll have to cover it?" He said that I would. I was leaving town on business in a couple days and had a lot going on, so I guess I just didn't think to put my foot down and insist they do it. Here in Mobile, Alabama we are the wettest city in the nation. We get more annual rainfall than Seattle, and it's humid. Wood rot happens.I went and bought some Thompson's Water Seal, and some sheet metal and took care of it myself. I have some pictures, but I don't see how to post them on this review page. The workers were very polite and cleaned up very well each day.

"I was upstairs and I heard a lot of noise and the house started shaking. There were cracks inside the house. I asked what happened and they said the jack slipped. After that they said everything was good, looked level. They were supposed to redo my front steps by tearing the whole thing down and reconstructing it, but they talked me into just letting them fill in the area under the stairs with concrete and they did a sloppy job as fast as he could so they could get paid and be done with the projects. Now water gets under those area he filled and goes into the foundation. The hand railing is also not secured well to the concrete and I requested the redo that. I realized after they were done that the house was not level by the garage door. They hired a person to install a new door and he had real trouble getting the old one taken down and then had trouble with the install as well. The crew did not clean up after themselves at all. My niece and I spent 5 hours cleaning up all the bricks and concrete. One day they left my front door open and my house was filled with concrete dust everywhere. I called them several times to ask them to come out and look at the spot above the garage that was still sagging. They would tell me they were going to come out once they get more work in the area, but never came. A few months ago he said I never complained or called him. He still hasn't been out here to look at the house and I don't think he's planning on it. The last time we talked he said he was going to call before he came out but I haven't heard from him. I was responsible for repairing the drywall crack on the interior, but was assured there wouldn't be many, however, there are huge cracks all over the house."
