He made adjustments for materials he didn’t use and for things that he didn’t do. Tim kept us informed as to when members of his team would be showing up and the work they would be doing in advance so that we could plan accordingly. The subcontractors that he worked with, electrical, plumbing and tile, were very dependable also as to when they showed up and the quality of their work. Plus, she covered all of the many nail holes (pictures) so well that now I don't want to put any more nails in the walls. "I had this company come out on a Friday to quote me a price for staining my front door which is all wood and looked very dry and weathered. As a teacher I told them they would have to come on the weekends and they offered to come back the next day. They stopped by the next morning and I gave them money for the stain and varnish supplies. They returned 30 minutes later and started sanding the door. They were very polite and worked fast asking me to check after the first coat of each to see if I wanted another coat. They were finished after about 3 hours and my door looked great. I would recommend them for any exterior staining needs you have!"
