We are in an association so we had rules we needed to follow & he showed us the perfect windows for our house that met HOA rules. The quote we got was a bit higher than other providers, but it was clear we would get a better product and service. We chose Anlin Del Mar series, with triple-pane glass and soundproofing. Once the windows were measured, about six weeks later installation happened in a single day--we left for work and by the time we went home we had a house full of brand-new windows, and all was left clean and tidy. Most windows were retrofit, but one window had to be new construction to meet standards for bedroom egress. The inspector commented on what a good job the team had done in installing that new casement window. The windows are lovely with very smooth action of opening, closing and locking.
