"Earl was very professional, polite and did an amazing job refinishing my floors. I definitely give him 5 stars! Elaine Smith"

"Scott was very prompt with a visit and provided a comprehensive quote the same day. His enthusiasm for his work and love of fine wood work was very evident. He began our project on a Saturday, with a helper he sanded both rooms and applied the first coat of finish the same day. He finished up the following Monday. Very conscientious about cleanliness and keeping dust to a minimum. Repeatedly apologized about the noise, which was unavoidable. Scott is also a very nice guy, very smart and a good conversationalist. I'm very pleased with the final result and would recommend Scott to anyone."

"Amazing - Byron and Pedro were punctual, courteous, and the job they did was nothing short of impeccable. My floors look fantastic and can’t recommend them enough!"

"Refinished wood floors; Excellent work, very professional and accommodating . Jorge, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the work. Worked around our schedule, moved all the furniture and back again and our floors looked like new. I highly recommend AK floors. You can’t go wrong with Jorge/AK FLOORS."

"Bob is very friendly. He installed vinyl flooring for staircase and 3 bedrooms as well as a small bathroom and hallway in second floor of our home in 2 days! Very fast clean and professional job at a reasonable and competitive price. I chose a color ( beach) from the LUX website and he picked up the materials and started as early as next day. I am very happy with their job and would recommend them to anyone who needs flooring. Thank you BCB flooring"

"We received several bids on the work we needed done. Mario Diaz Flooring was not the cheapest bid and not the most expensive. We chose them because of their ratings and the confidence Mario had that we would love the end product. Our situation was not just refinishing original hardwood floors, putting adding a brand new 300 square foot oak floor with a 70-year-old existing oak floor that flow together. When we pulled up the carpet, we had a lot of stains in the wood, some fresh and wet from my daughter's dog when they visit us, which I was not aware existed. I was amazed that Mario’s crew got all the stains out and the new room they added matched the old oak floors so well. They did a beautiful job. They showed up everyday and completed the job in a timely manner. The crew worked very hard and were very polite. A few companies that quoted the project seemed to make a big deal about adding a brand new room with the original oak flooring we had. Mario assured us we would be happy with the end product and gave us confidence in his craftsmanship. He said our floors will look pretty much the same because he uses solid oak similar to what was used in the 1950s (newer but oak). He uses a process to age the wood to help it match the original. We were amazed how the floors matched up so perfectly. They laid it down piece-by-piece (no fake wood or prefab material). We absolutely love the look of our new floors. I will never cover up these beautiful wood floors with carpet ever again. I encourage people to get multiple bids and have conversations with the companies. It is time consuming but worth the effort or just skip them all and call Mario Diaz' company. If you get multiple bids, you will figure out fast who is taking advantage and highballing the project."

"Alex is a gentleman professional. I needed a wood floor repair and it couldn’t be done so I replaced the entire floor. They did a good job and I didn’t feel gouged by the changes made that were my fault."

"Excellent experience and quality of work! Had all of my wood floors refinished and looks like new. Sadia and his crew of Raul, Carlos and Pablo were very professional and courteous. They take pride in their work and it shows. Thanks, Ariel Builders!"

"We hired McCormick Home Builders to remodel our living room, and we are beyond pleased with the result. The team was professional, worked efficiently, and Aris design ideas made a huge difference. The room feels so much brighter and more spacious. This was the best decision we made for our home, and we were already planning our next remodel with them."
