Ortiz Custom Remodeling corrected the work on all my doors from an individual I hired prior. They did an excellent job. They had to cut out my bedroom door frame to install a 32" steel door and did that in an hour. I was amazed how quickly they installed it! They sanded, kilz and painted 6 interior doors, three double closet doors and one steel door. They removed the tri fold closest doors and framed in the double closet doors. "Mike and his team did a great job. You can tell Mike is a true expert at his trade and doesn't try to sell you more work than you need. Very honest, trustworthy and professional. They patched up and repainted our home interior and fixed drywall/tape separation in a room that had been extended on our home. By the time he was finished the drywall repair you couldn't even tell it was an extension because the wall and ceiling were completely seamless. The house looks brand new with the paint. "It's wonderful. The fellow was very good. He was here on time. There was no non sense about what would cost. He was very professional and extremely good at what he did. He found loose small board and he did re-nailing and re-patching there. He sanded it all out and the texturing is just absolutely perfect. The quality of the work was way above what I would normally expected and it would be standard. He was fast and punctual. A lot of contractor, you can't pin them down on getting stuff done. This guy was perfect. He's a one man show. He's a fair man. He's extremely good at what he does. I think he priced correctly for the market. I'm extremely happy with the work he did."
