"Manuel was wonderful! He analyzed the problem and gave me options. He came on Saturday morning to install the new water heater and couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. The ARS secretaries could take a lesson. They somehow got my phone # and house # wrong! It made for some confusions. Luckily I called them when the serviceman didn't come or call on time. We straightened out the phone # and Manuel had to call me to find the house. Tiny errors make a big difference. Overall, the experience was fine because the service man was so kind and helpful. I will try them again, but check and recheck the details."

"They did a great job!"

"Returned every phone call promptly. Kept the bidding appointment on time. Was flexible on scheduling. Finished work on time. Excavation ran into an unexpected mass of concrete which they cut and cracked to remove. There was no extra payment requested for the extra work performed. There has been a wet spot in the basement for as long as I have owned the house. The day after AAA finished work the wet spot is dry. Crew was courteous and pleasant to work with. Recommend."

"The gentlemen who came to fix our sump pump were friendly but very professional. They told us exactly what needed to be done and why and gave us a quote before starting anything. The quote they gave us was at the very low end of what we had seen online. They finished the job in about 40 minutes and left the area neat and clean. We are extremely happy with their service, price, and the overall job! Thanks, AAA!"

"REAL GOOD! NEW PUMP WORKING FINE!"

"Randy was awesome!! He communicated well upon arrival and answered all of my questions. He displayed excellent customer service and completed my project in an exemplary manor. Thanks to Randy with Advanced Restoration & Waterproofing, my sump pump has been rerouted and I no longer will have an issue with water pooling in my backyard."

"My sump pump was stuck on and running so I called the plumbers. They had it turned off and replaced the switch or wiring in the one day they were here. They were quick polite and well rounded. 5 out of 5 service all around."

"My pump died on me around 8:00 p.m. one night and Staydry sent someone right over the same night and had the pump replaced in 30 minutes and I haven’t had any issues since. I will definitely call them for any further issues I have with my basement."
