"This company came out to my house to sand and refinish my floor 2 years ago. He ruined it! We gave him a chance to fix it, so they came out and did it again, and made it even worse! I'm not being dramatic or picky...we had the floor inspected by a neutral party of his choosing and the report came back saying this job was well below industry standards.
