I also had a lot of wood rot due to an old hot tub in my main deck that needed to be replaced/repaired before I add a new hot tub. Communication was really good and Mr Smith was very respectful/professional in person. He did arrive a little later than expected but he explained his truck issues and I completely understood. He did not bring enough materials for the job and I was asked to go to a local lumberyard to get a few more boards. Odd request but I don?t mind helping. I was also asked to borrow a few tools in order to get work done. Again, don?t mind if it?ll help get the work done but odd for a professional business to ask the homeowner. Do I feel like I got my moneys worth, not really, but I signed a contract and will honor it. Before and after pics added"
