Several times, the provider came over to take measurements that appeared to be the same measurements that had been taken before. The same was true with grout color matching - it had to be done several times. On more than one occasion, the workman would appear at the appointed time to commence work and then take a several-hours long trip to Lowe's for materials, rather than arriving prepared to work. The provider charged a 3% fee associated with the use of a credit card, vice check or cash.
