Again prompt to our appointment he suggested solutions and was fair and honest in his evaluation. We agreed to go forward. He came and spent a few hours on the roof, sealing chimney flashing and applying an aluminum based coating overlay on a flat section of the roof. I felt I got honest work for fair cost.
