"I thought the job that I had Chris do was going to be impossible but I have to say when I got home and saw the quality of work that he did I was amazed. My front porch had sunk so I had it raised but that busted up a lot of the brick so I thought I was going to have to replace all the brick but Chris proved me wrong . I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs work done. You can definitely see he takes pride in his work and you donâ t see that as much as you use to. Chris thank you so much. I canâ t express this enough."

"We recently  bought a house built in 1952, and if one could imagine, we are having a lot of work done, which requires us to deal with several different company's. After all the company's we have dealt with, this is the first company that showed up on time. I was very impressed with Chris's work because the wall he built where the door used to be looks like it has always been there. It blends in perfectly. At the completion of the job, Chris cleaned up the area as if he was never there. I  highly recommend this company because he takes pride in his work and is very customer orientated. Plus, I was very happy with the price.

"They were incredible. We bought a house that needed a lot of brick repair. They were so kind, communicative, and QUICK! Great price, great, folks, great work. Thank you for saving our historical home in highland park!"

"My roof had a leak that dripped through the walls of my stairwell to my first floor.  I was expecting to pay thousands for a roof replacement.  When the Cobalt guy investigated, he said he could just seal the leak for about $75.  I was elated!
The repair was awesome.  He said the repair would sometime next week.  I didn't even know the repair had been done until I received a text letting me know they were finished.  It would be so great if we could trust everyone to do the job quickly and easily, like the Cobalt guys.

"Absolutely the best hands down. I have dealt with contractors for over thirty years with remodels and new homes (I’ve built 3 new homes over the years for myself) and never have I had a more honest and quality contractor. I dealt directly with the owner no go between or salesmen and told him what I wanted and expected. He made the experience easy and straightforward and gave me exactly what I ask for with no surprises from start to finish...work was finished ahead of schedule with quality work and extraordinary craftsmanship...I can’t say enough good things about my experience with these folks. If your looking for flooring or tile or stonework call Eric and get him on the job!!"
