"I dealt with Tim for the price and project details and then Jeff was the man who came out to do the job. The deck had previously been done by a guy who did not know what he was doing so Jeff power washed the entire deck and let it dry for 24 hours, then he sanded the deck and scrubbed it down with denatured alcohol to help remove any remaining paint from before. When the deck was dry, Jeff taped off everything and proceeded to edge everything before he rolled a nice thick layer of paint on the deck. We waited another 24 hours and Jeff returned to apply a nice second coat of paint on the entire deck. Tim and Jeff are very easy to work with and I will most certainly come back to them for future projects."

"Pricing was the best of the responses we received. Work was scheduled quickly. Actual work did not complete on the original schedule which was 1 day. The process seemed to lack some control which lead to a glass coffee table being broken due to debris thrown or dropped from the roof. This happened in the back of the roof despite the work only being done on the front and the sides. (Integrity 1st did take off $ to cover cost of table). The Satellite Cables were left hanging off the roof when the job was "done." I had to get them to come back and fix that. In the end the roof was as expected and the cost was lower than others. If you are willing to deal with some hassle to keep your cost down this would be a good one for you. If you are looking for First Time Right without hassle you may have to pay a bit more. I chose hire again based mostly on a devil you know attitude as I don't know if anyone else would do it with less hassle and IFR did make it right in the end."

"Fusion Roofing was punctual for both our appointment for an estimate and also for work. Their quote for high quality shingle was by far the best of the four estimates we received. They were also promptly responded to emails and phone calls. There were a few glitches - ensuring contract had selected shingle color, placement of vents, and the gutter guard sub contractor. However, Fusion responded promptly, appropriately, and patiently to each concern. While it would be nice not to have any challenges, the fact that they were so responsive and quickly rectified each concern was reassuring and the reason we would hire again. It would be hard to beat their pricing and customer responsiveness. It was clear that the number one priority was customer satisfaction."

"I received a roof inspection and a proposal for 14,000 roof repair needed.  I did not need any windows caulked, however, I received no other repairs, attachments, patching up, sealing/resealing.  I now know that I need major roof repair, but couldn't some patchwork have been done, sealing.....something until I can get the roof repaired?  Anyway, lessoned learned.  Once again, when I pay for an Angies List "deal", it usually cost me more than the quoted price or in this case, Huh????  I'm not doing this anymore.
