"CJS Roofing Company replaced the roof on my home in the South County area at the end of February, 2020. I have worked with many contractor in the course of my 60 years and they were excellent. They gave us a bid within a couple days of the initial phone call. They also came by to evaluate the leak & repaired the leak. They explained they could not guarantee the leak fix but it did prevent further damage to our home so it was successful. They provided us with a date for the roof replacement & they showed up exactly when they said they would. The roof replacement was smooth and the clean up was perfect. We had one small concern after a couple of days. The owner of the company (Chris) came by to mitigate that concern. Excellent company to work with!!"

"My wife and I were greatly impressed with the sevices provided. Dustin was the assigned project manager. He was with us from the beginning to the end. He responded to any questions or concerns promptly. He provided the estimate for the work performed and suggested areas of concern that would require eventual repair. He inspected the roof and provided pictures of the roof to explain what needed to be addressed. The work crew went right to work on the date that Dustin stated they would. They were very profesional and worked hard throughout the day. Upon completion of the job, the crew cleaned up the entire yard and returned patio furniture back to their original positions. The day after the installation, a company representative returned with a rolling magnet to retrieve any roofing nails that might have been missed during the prior day. He again policed the area for any other roofing materials."

"Drew Krueger came out because we were out of town during a storm in our area and we didn't know if our roof was hit or not. His time on our roof cost us nothing, he is very good at dealing with insurance companies, fully explained our roofs condition, and what the insurance company would do. We do not need a new roof, so he did not try to sell us one. I know Drew personally and I know his company will give you the highest quality materials and install, no matter what the insurance company is willing to do. Crown really goes to battle for you!!"

"Excellent experience from initial contact by the sales/estimator representative to final clean-up. Product was delivered on schedule and put in place on the roof quickly. Foreman showed up as soon as a few days of rain stopped to deliver trailer and was very knowledgeable and helpful on what to expect in time and inconvenience. Crew showed up on time and worked quickly and did the full job Friday thru mid-day Sunday to minimize time of inconvenience. Job looks great and they did a great job of clean-up."

We are happy with the product. <br /> BUT........the installation crew destroyed my neighbor's brick mailbox enclosure and did not even tell us or my neighbor that it occured. I have been trying to get someone with Ground Zero to return my calls for over a week now. NO RESPONSE from either a message left with a person who answered the phone at the main number and no response from an email sent to the contact on the Ground Zero home page. <br /> I will not recommend this company unless they do the right thing and repair / replace the property to its original condition to the satisfaction of my neighbor! <br /> <br />"
