"The management and staff at Spiros Painting were 100% professional from beginning to end. They responded immediately to my request for an estimate. They had someone come out to look at the project site the next day. I had called another painting company who told me that they could not provide an estimate unless I assured them that I would sign a contract within 30 days. Spiros made no such stipulation. Spiros began the work about a week after I accepted their proposal. This was partly to accommodate own my schedule; they could have started earlier. The rear wall of the house is difficult to access, but Spiros was able to deal with the situation without bringing in any special equipment. They scraped and patched the wall thoroughly. I have had experiences with painters in the past whose scraping amounted to a light rubdown. Spiros was very conscientious about removing ALL of the peeling paint. The company was patient with me when I changed my mind a couple of times before the work started, about the color I wanted. The work was finished in two days, partly because it was interrupted by rain. The company cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. I'm very pleased with the work and the workmanship."

"We recently quoted out the painting of our front hallway (includes vaulted ceiling) to 4 different vendors. We chose Perfect Painters because they offered the same level of service (and paint quality) as the other three, but were the most competitively priced (two of the other vendors over-quoted us for a very straightforward project - walls were in great shape: it was just a refresh paint job on the upper walls above the chair rails and molding. One was $1,100 more expensive than Perfect Painters!). When I told these vendors that they had lost the bid due to pricing, both suggested that they were "very comfortable" with the prices they quoted us and suggested that we might be getting a lower quality job from Perfect Painters. I can assure you that was not the case - the team arrived on time and quickly got to work covering the area in tape and plastic. The team of three expanded to 4 or 5 in the afternoon to complete the job in about 6 hours (2 coats on walls, ceiling and crown molding). They did an excellent job and left the space as they found it. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will use them again for my next painting job. Beware of other vendors out there who will jack up the price and try to justify it by suggesting that the job is complicated by elevation (the ceiling is about 19 feet high at the highest point - its called a ladder!, or the fact that they have to tape the banister!) Next time, I won't waste my time and simply have Perfect Painters do the job for me. They are honest and straightforward and the crew who did the job were very friendly and efficient."

"Pretty good. Just a few small issues about areas that needed touching up because of insufficient coverage. I and my next door neighbor did have a professionalism issue. When the two painters needed to rinse out their equipment, they didn't ask me where either of my two outdoor water faucets were located. Instead, they used the outdoor faucet on my neighbor's house, waking her up and making her husband very angry. To the question about whether or not I would hire them again, my response is actually "perhaps," depending on the options available."

"Mr. Reyes was extremely helpful and informative for my project. The only responsive contractor able to do actual plaster lath work and repairs. His crew did a superb job repairing living room ceiling which had a large hole (created by a plumbing repair contractor) and resulting cracks. The repair matched well, barely detectable by someone actually trying to find the repair area. Work was completed, no dirt, debris, or dust to anything in the living room and work residue cleaned up quickly and removed from the residence upon completion in less than a day. Pleasant, helpful and easy to work with. Will strongly consider them for next project."

"Wow! Not sure how to say it more...just wow! Edwin, Leo, and the Pena team are amazing. They painted the exterior and interior of my home. Took about 2-weeks which isn't bad for such a big job. They were pleasant, experienced, and went over and beyond my expectations. On the exterior of my home, they found rotten wood behind my chimney (which I never would have seen) and replaced the wood immediately. I received Edvin's name (owner of Edram) as a referral. I asked him to come over and look/bid on a job that I was having done. He was on time and friendly. Edvin came with some of the best ideas to maximize the space. At this point I had spoken with two other contractors and like his ideas and plans the best. I also liked that he would be on site doing most of the work himself. He and his team started quickly and worked hard when on sight. Edvin's communication and attention to detail was key in making sure there was not any issues that need to be redone or changed. This limited the time of the job and addition costs to me. He allowed me to order some of my own finishes and materials, even though this cost him and the team additional time on the job waiting for them to arrive. The finished product was great they did a 100% custom job ad a very fair price. I highly recommend this company and have giving his name and number to others all ready.
