"I called United Pro last year to do a repair for a leak that I got in the beginning of the pandemic. Benny came out when it was raining because water was coming in the house. He laid a tarp and stopped the leak immediately. He quoted me a price for that piece of roof but explained that I will have to replace the entire roof of the house because it was not done correctly and I was going to get another leak on the other side of the house. Just as he said 1 year later I got a leak on the other side of the house. I called them immediately because he was honest and up front with price and what it was going to cost. They were able to tear off and remove the entire roof of the house, treat the mold, install all new insulation, install all new wood, tile the entire roof, install brand new gutters in 1 day and 1/2 That?s right, 1 day 1/2 The crew worked their butts off in very hot temps, they were professional, courteous and very productive. He then came later and washed my porch picked up all debris that was left and the dumpster was picked up 10 min later. My Roof looks amazing and the house looks like nothing ever happened."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"The technician who ran the the show ( Julian Suspes) worked with a crew of four, all were very knowledgeable in process. James Hardie siding is of  fiber cement. Go on line to see specs, warranty, etc. very good.  When I had an exterminator come to do an ant treatment due to the wet weather he commented how well the siding was done evenly and neat, better than most he has come across. It had changed the entire look of the house, get nothing but good comments. Front of house done in a shingle type format while sides and back done long sheets. One of the first houses to use shingle type front format in this area. All windows done in one day by two carpenters, they were neat as well and the roof took three days,taking off two old.  Originally looked for siders on Angies list got three estimates all around or near the James Hardie siding price but vinyl.  Only things that i needed to do was match some(little) trim outside. Benjamin Moore has matching paint.  Very satisfied with whole process, with minor delays, but thats common with most contractors.
