Cost was competitive with other companies. Pool was custom inground pool with waterfalls. tanning shelf and zero entry with handrails to assist getting in and out of pool. Diving board and slide were also installed with pool. Would recommend them for your pool installation or repair."

"Jake took out a tree, regraded the whole back yard (we have narrow side yards and Jake was the only landscaper we called who said he could get equipment back there without going through the neighbors yard and tearing out part of the fence). He put in a pretty rock border, redesigned a flower bed and put in Zoysia sod that everyone else said was too hard to get. And he even fixed the sprinkler system! He was very professional, prompt, and hard-working. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Will call him again when we decide to put in that flagstone patio!!"

"My roof had a leak that dripped through the walls of my stairwell to my first floor.  I was expecting to pay thousands for a roof replacement.  When the Cobalt guy investigated, he said he could just seal the leak for about $75.  I was elated!
The repair was awesome.  He said the repair would sometime next week.  I didn't even know the repair had been done until I received a text letting me know they were finished.  It would be so great if we could trust everyone to do the job quickly and easily, like the Cobalt guys.
