"This was the worst experience i have ever had with a company. They came and damaged my house and kept us without AC for days. They admitted to the extensive damage and went weeks before attempting to repair it. The services were never fully completed and they were paid over 90% of the job. I disputed the last 10% and provided overwhelming evidence of their negligence. And after a year their last ditch effort was to send collections letters. Don't walk, RUN from this company. I will provide pics and my my experience to anyone who is planning on using this company. Used to be family owned and was amazing. Second they sold it went downhill fast."

"I called Varsity on a Sunday night when I realized I had no hot water . It was the day we had the snow storm. The next morning Sean arrived to access the issue with my very old hot water heater. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me my options. Within a short time Jake and Anthony joined and my new water heater was installed and working. No mess , no stress. They were amazing. Sean even shoveled the skirt of my driveway when the plows came and blocked me in as I was trying to get to work. This team went above and beyond to help any way they could. "They installed a minisplit cooling system, with 3 exchanges June 2021. Since then it is not operating the way it should. In my bedroom with the door closed at night on cool at 70 degrees the humidity goes up to 80%. I wake up uncomfortable, change it from cool to dry mode. The humidity will go down into the 50% range but the temperature drops down to 62 or less! So in cool or dry mode I can't get a good nights sleep! They come and look at it and tell me everything is fine. I'm going to buy a window air conditioner tomorrow which seems insane because i spent $10,000 on this minisplit AC system!"

"I call this company a guy name Paul picked up and then he send a guy name Raj. The guy told me $400 for the fix and tone up for my steam boiler. Then he didn't even drain the water and clean the boiler. Next day the boiler was flooded and I call them and for next 2 days they kept telling me they are coming and never showed up! So I had to get some other guy to fix the issue. *This company overcharge you and don't do the job properly and leave you hanging*"

I was impressed that they were able to respond quickly and start working on the same day as my call, especially given the severely cold weather and other plumbers being busy replacing freezing pipes. The plumber was able to work with my very tight kitchen space and narrow hallways, and without having to remove the countertop in my kitchen.
