"They were prompt and reasonable, however, I felt the job wasn't completed as the pipe was not covered completely and they left small mounds of dirt in the yard. I discussed this with the owner and he promised to complete the job, but never did. He didn't respond to multiple times I tried to communicate with him, by phone and email."

"I called the answering service on a Friday night and the lady told me that they would have someone at my house within 30 minutes. She also told me that there wasn't any up charge for weekends. The tech was at my house within 25 minutes and was very polite and friendly. He then figured out where the clog was and within 30 minutes he had our drains cleared and water flowing freely again. He did a great clean up job and the price I believe to be very fair for coming out on a Friday night without any appointment. I will not hesitate to call these guys again for any drain problem."

"The crew from Cummings did a nice job replacing a failed hot water tank and pretty short notice. Very professional, very attentive to detail. I would definitely consider using them again. Note: I only rated "work quality" as a 4.5 because I need to see how things hold up. But I don't anticipate any issues."

"John Bulloff is very thorough and conscientious of his work. I had blockage and broken seals underneath my upstairs bathroom. I had leaking joints from blockage. John cut out (grinded) the old cast iron stock and galvanized steel vent and replaced it all. He constantly checks and inspects everything he does. At the end of the job he water tested everything for leaks."
