He actually took the time to figure out what the problem was. Some bad caulking around a window was causing a leak, not the roof itself. He told me what he needed to do to fix it. He actually came when he said he would and did the work. And he was reasonably priced! This is the guy you want to hire. But get in line because I have more work for him."

It'll take 1/4 of the time to schedule, reschedule, and complete the project, and you won't have to deal with all the messes and damage they leave in their wake. While Keystone's sales team does a great job selling their leveling service, delivery and scheduling are abysmal. It takes months to schedule, followed by weeks of equipment failures and rescheduling. You'll also be cleaning up stains and messes left behind, reminding them of what has and hasn?t been done yet, as well as essential contracted items and processes that were skipped throughout. You can call and discuss the issues with the crew and management, but only if you can actually wade through all their random phone numbers and find someone willing to answer or return your calls. For tens of thousands of dollars, you expect a simple level of service, coordination, and professionalism that doesn't follow through from sales to crew. "

"After bringing two plumbers past to confirm your work, there wasn't a leak at all. The drip in the kitchen below came from a cheap shower curtain. It allowed water to collect on the bathroom floor, which eventually followed the lowest path on the floor to the floor exhaust vent and wall trim. Your plumber misdiagnosed by stating the sink drain had splinters and needed replaced. He came a 2nd time to misdiagnose again by saying the shower floor wasn't installed correctly. After almost $2,000 later an experienced plumber fixed the issue with two tubes of waterproof caulking. You guys did a terrible job and owe me a refund. I've called a few times with no response. This review will go out on as many platforms as possible to keep homeowners and property owners like myself from experiencing terrible service and overpriced work done for absolutely no reason!!! You could've easily resolved this by calling and accepting fault. Weeks later and no reaponse... SMH"

"Home and changes are fine, but footer leaks and had to install sump pump and dehumidifier with full encap in crawl space. Also, builder didn’t use full dimensional lumber, but used ijoists without fire protection. Carried plastic gas line through the crawl space wall. Used 5x5 wooden piers to hold up my home instead of building block piers. Had to install jack posts to cover for this."
