"Have used Joe 3 times now. First to replace 4 exterior doors. Second to refinish some interior paint and trim. Lastly for a complete kitchen remodel. Each and every time he was prompt and very professional with great attention to detail. He has a permanent place in my address book and will certainly be called on again, probably sooner than later."

"The installation of the door was done well; however, the work area was not adequately protected (no floor protection) and a crowbar was dropped on my new hardwood floor and put a gash in the floor. There was also a communication issue between the sales department and the installers on putting on new break metal around the outside of the door. Yes I would use them again but I would confirm everything with the installers before the start and I would make sure they prep the area to protect the property."

"Got a glass enclosure for our shower area. Mike and Dennis arrived on time and went right to work. They did a great install and then took the time to go over proper maintenance. They also cleaned up the bathroom before they left."

"Tom really Did a great job on replacing our windows & doors after over 3 yrs they look brand new,but more importantly the quality of the install I feel is just as important as the windows themselves. Itâ s very noticeable on saving on my utility costs. My wife still comments on how much quieter it inside our home Well done A-Team"

"I had a leak in my bedroom ceiling. I called and he came out that day even though it was raining. By the end of the day my roof was tarped and once the insurance company approved the claim he had the shingles delivered and the new roof in 3 days. That’s what I call service. Great guy to deal with. Will use again when I replace my sliding glass door."

"I recently had 1st Security install a system in my new house and so far have been very pleased with all aspects of the system, from the initial estimate to the installation to the functioning of the system itself. Jeremy did our initial estimate and provided us with a thorough explanation of the system. I already had done a significant amount of research comparing Alarm.com to ADT and some of the self-install options, but Jeremy was able to provide even more information and help me to understand better the pros and cons of each approach. Larry did our installation and also was very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining each step of the installation process and providing me with a tutorial at the end. My wife and I have had no issues with the system so far. It is very intuitive, and we have been able to customize it to fit our unique needs. I highly recommend considering 1st Security for anyone looking at installing, switching, or upgrading their security system."
