"Excellent and professional work. Communication and options are always encouraged. Trust worthy and timely. Have used them for replacing pipes on property and emergency services as well."

"Though we found delays on arrival times, the plumber was thoughtful and knowledgable. By the end of his third visit he was able to provide us with satisfying results on two different projects. This included replacing a large iron pipe under our house, clearing a pipe that vented through the roof. and repairing the wall next to a newly installed toilet."

"Precise Plumbing did our copper piping few years back and they did an excellent job, Recently, my bathroom sink had a water back up issue. 2 plumbers came and unable to resolve the problem. Second plumber even recommended breaking some tiles to get in and replace the santee. I called David and right away did not believe it is necessary He came the following day with Sam. They fixed the problem and sure enough did not break any tiles. He save me a lot of money and headache to replace the original tiles."

"Hector did a well site evaluation. He is professional and he understands that I know very little about pump systems. I would recommend him. Very reasonable price."

"Arie is my first call when I need plumbing work done. He recently repaired our leaking shower and tub, and did it very quickly and efficiently. I would recommend him highly."

"I called and setup an appointment for the afternoon.  The dispatcher called back in an hour saying the plumber was free earlier and came immediately.  He was there within an hour and gave me an estimate for the replacement and upgrade that I wanted.  I agreed to the price and within 3 hours I had a new water heater.  I can?t imagine where they could have done any better.

"Excellent customer service. Made two systems operate and gave important knowledge of the future life of these 15 or more year old systems and how they will need to be repaired or likely replacement once the new environmental laws on Freon goes into effect in 2020"

"On July 19, 2019 Richco repaired a corroded water inlet pipe where it enters through a stucco wall. This included replacing pipe in the wall and shut-off valves for a nearby sink. New supply hoses were included. The technician, Fernando, produced excellent results to my complete satisfaction."

"My experience with Marc at Make it Drain was fantastic. We had a problem with leakage under the house that we thought was fixed when we bought the place. Turns out two years later that something wasn't done right and we had wastewater accumulating from the kitchen. Marc from Make it Drain came out on short notice on the weekend to look at the job, and he gave me a great estimate, educated me about the issues, talked me through the process, and had a friendly but no-pressure approach. I had several other companies out to make estimates, and one of the estimates was three times what Marc quoted me!! When we arranged the job it was easy, and Marc and his guys showed up on time, did exactly what he said he'd do, kept everything super clean, took pictures to show me what was going on, and continued to keep me looped in so I understood everything. It was a painless process, done quickly and professionally. I will call them anytime I have plumbing needs!"
