"I really do not know why some people have zeros with their reviews when they provide the praise they do. Dave had a major job at my residence. After the septic tank was pumped, he found major issues with the 85 year old sewer line. Tree roots had broken into the line, several sections of pipe had breaks, and of course, the pipes are under concrete! Thanks to his and his son's expertise with camera technology and state of the art equipment, I now have clear drains and sewer line and two access pipes. Because of the camera, Dave & Justin only had to dig up about 4 square feet of concrete to access the line. It took several days and a great deal of money, but it is worth every penny. I have a toilet and walk in shower that are no longer backing up, a drain in another bath that has not drained properly for several years, that drains perfectly. Previous plumbers would fix the problem, but it would re-occur. The last plumber, who has been extremely helpful, advised get a camera guy this is more than I can fix with a snake. Dave is extremely knowledgeable and a great diagnostician. He has good advice for how to prevent issues with drain and sewer lines as well, and even provided medicine, given with a glass of warm water every couple of weeks (down the drain, but NOT the toilets). I MADE SURE HE GAVE ME HIS BUSINESS CARD so I have it in the file."

"They cleaned our dryer vent and removed a blockage that was causing a dryer part to fail twice after replacing. Very quick and tech Corey Y. was very professional and knowledgeable and told us not to use dryer sheets to prevent the chemical buildu and lint sticking to our pvc pipes. Called back same day after having an appointment for an estimate to see if they would be able to clean the same day instead of making a new appointment. The girl said yes and then gave a $200 quick quote before hanging up and apparently canceling the estimate and the tech told me once they quote you he can't change it. So I was hoping the price was going to be cheaper and told how much prior to asking for credit card since it didn't take long and wasn't complicated...no it was $200 for a service others charge $89.99 but couldn't get out here until next week and we had laundry piling up. So a price I paid to get it done but didn't like the price. Don't accept a price over the phone! Otherwise it was a good experience and would highly recommend them for other services. The customer service rating isn't for the tech but the girl who answered the phone. Tech Customer Service is 5 Stars."

The area of the leak was obvious and Dez gave me a fixed price of $900. I had another "over the phone estimate" of $600 from Ft Worth but was going to be another day for them to show up. Dez went right to work and only took 2.5 hours to dig about a four-foot hole to find the leak then fix. It was 40 yr old tree roots pushing on a joint. It would have taken me several days to do myself, without water. Definitely worth the cost."

He was professional, courteous and did a very clean install; no putty all over the place and properly insulated pipes. There was also disconnect between warranty company estimate and actual cost and he adjusted cost accordingly. Tough to find that kind of integrity. He clearly takes pride in his work and highly recommend to anyone looking for plumbing service."
