"They came to provide me with an estimate and ensure to provided me the price quote and deliver my shower. I asked them to cleaned and they never touch at all and they came out and provide polish and the floor was not sufficiently clean. They only thing they did is to wipe the top and not wipe down the oven and the counters. The windows are still dirty."

"We had this company clean our home a few times before with no issue. Our latest house cleaning left me heartbroken. We trusted the crew that came into our home and discovered the damage done. First, the tv in our bedroom was broken. You can see in the attached images where they cracked it. We brought it up, that it seemed like an object struck it and thought it was a mop or broom. The manager we spoke to insisted that they did not use brooms or mops in the house. Not sure why he would lie. As you can see in the Ring picture, the crew member is sweeping our entryway with a broom. Second, they broke a figurine my father in law brought from a trip to Africa. It was a wedding present to celebrate our nuptials. They broke a leg and didn't even say anything. They just left the leg there. We don't have children and our dog doesn't go in that area. And it's just my husband and I in the house. Third, they scuffed our dining table on the side. Fourth, they claimed they cleaned the house, but we discovered the shower had not been cleaned. They offered to send someone to re-clean the bathroom, but I don't trust these people and don't ever want them in our home. I should inspect the house again because I am sure there is more damage. Not only will they damage your home, but they will also lie to you. Do not trust these people to enter your home."
