"I was initially very pleased with the completed work. However, within 6 months of work completed, the concrete on the 21 foot-long stone stairs, 2 stone planter beds, and 5 chop stone and concrete rings were all experiencing large cracks and were unstable. Detailed photos of the problems were sent to Eric Gonzalez. A worker was sent out to patch the concrete. Within the following six months, all of patches were broken, flagstone was loose and dangerous on the stairs, and the planters were falling apart. New photos were sent detailing the conditions. The same worker came out and stated they would completely tear down the work and rebuild. Efforts to get the manager and crew out to repair the work have been fruitless and Eric Gonzalez no longer responds to me call or messages."

"Great. Great. Great. The service and customer service provided by Andy only needs one word to describe my experience with Outdoor Comforts."

"Excellent service, HIGHLY would recommend. They were Professional, left no mess, efficient, great personalites to work with and have in your home. I would recommend him to everyone! My mom used their services as well adding porch lighting to her outdoor patio with a light switch and she had the best experience also! 10/10 would schedule repairs and new lighting additions with Electrical Design Solutions!"

"Michael from SOS Electric is a very professional, nice young man. He helped us to install an extra line for a towel heater in the bathroom. He called a head, showed up on time, worked very efficiently, cleaned after his work and even helped me with another things. Thank you."

"Franco's Tree Service, workers, did an excellent job. They trimmed a red oak tree and removed a large diseased red oak, down to the stump, as close to the ground as possible, neatly done. They were extremely careful not to damage our rose bushes and/or roof. Their removal and cleanup was very efficient. My husband and I would highly recommend this tree service. We would hire them again, first choice. Bill and Margie"

"I'm totally in love with the results. I wanted to sit across the street all night and just look at the light beaming..... I appreciate you David, you did a great and professional job. I can't wait to have you come out again for more light work."

"Good, he had initially cancelled due to an ankle sprain, but rescheduled the following week and then offered a 10% discount on any repairs for the inconvenience.  Came out and made adjustments and repaired a leak.  He make recommendations on what could be done to improve the watering and said it wasn't anything urgent.  He followed up with a quote.  He seems honest and reasonable.  I am going to get the additional work done once we have some utility work done.  Will use him again, probably the best guy I have had to work on my sprinklers.

"I had an overgrown backyard. The 3-man crew removed the overgrowth and trimmed back what needed trimming. I am going to enjoy looking at my backyard again. Excellent."

"I had two sprinkler heads that required pvc pipe repair. They called within minutes and were out in a couple of hours. Finished the job in 30 mins or so including discussing with me what was needed. Repair man was professional like the call manager. Highly recommend"
