"This company did make a service call however the tech was not familiar with my equipment even though i was very specific in my request. since that service call the vendor has been very difficult to even get in touch with and has not provided any help or support whatsoever. I do believe the company is in financial trouble and unable to perform as they claim. My advice is to stay away from this group."

"One of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life with a company. They came to install a reverse osmosis system to our House that was to be leased in the following 2 weeks. They left, and after a few hours when we returned to the property. The reverse osmosis system was leaking immensely. It completely flooded our kitchen about quarter of an inch of water. Our kitchen had been recently re-done (finished about 4-5 months prior) and it costed over 25,000 Dollars just on the cabinets and counters. The system flooded at least 4 cabinets. And it went under the cabinets and into the walls. There was already visible damage of warping and expanding from the wood. We kindly requested them to come and fix their problem and pay us for the damaged. This is when they brought in an incredibly rude employee called Randal Booth. He was very rude to me and my wife, he wouldn't let us speak or explain, he tried to diminish the damage, and tried to blame us. My father has been in construction for over 40 years, he works with builders that build custom homes or luxury homes. So he has experience with pricing. We brought a very very very modest quote of repairing the kitching (removing everything, drying the walls, and installing new cabinets, and then re-installing everything else) This meant we had to properly remove the Granit as well as remove all the sink and plumbing and some electrical (because of the oven and gas cook top) on top of we would have needed to remove at least a foot of backsplash plank. Then remove 4 cabinets, and install 4 new cabinets, granite counter again, sink and all plumbing, cooktop and oven, and then backsplash plank, paint and caulk and finish everything. My dad's quote was around 7,500 USD to do everything (including buying new cabinets from American Woodmark, which were the same brand we had recently installed). The quote was modest because he was going to give me a friends and family discount and ask favors to his electricians and plumbers and painter work friends. Randal proceeded to rejected the quote and asked to bring his own licensed contractor. Which we allowed him to do. My father was present when the contractor came in. First of all, the contractor tried to diminish the quality of the cabinets saying that they were cheaply homemade cabinets painted on site. Which was a complete lie. They were purchased at Home depot Bandera and were American Woodmark. I have the receipts (which were sent to Randel but he ignored them) Then the contractor proceeded to say that he would get done the project in a couple of hours, and he said he would just remove the current cabinets without removing anything else and installing them. This would completely risk our kitchen for even more damage. Randel then proceeded to give us a settlement offer of 1900.00 dollars of so. I was not pleased with the offer and I told him just the cabinets alone costed about 450 each and we got them at a sale event in Home depot and with some extra discount percentage because of the credit card. So I told Randel Booth that instead of taking his settlement offer, I would prefer his contractor to come and do the work for the 1900. Then he started stalling and not answering. He asked for proof of the cabinet costs and I sent it, and more stalling happened. Then after like 4 MONTHS of waiting, I contacted The Marketing Manager on Linkedin and made her aware of the situation. Randel emailed me saying he wanted another contractor to come in and get a quote. Which I told him no, he had his opportunity and I didn't want to bother the tenants. All in all its been 6 months we have 4 warped cabinets and Alamo water softeners has fixed this issue. We now will start talking to a lawyer to assess the situation."

"I absolutely love them!!! Joaquin and Andrei are extremely punctual and amazing at what they do. The company as a whole is extremely professional! From the moment I called and spoke to an Allyson to the follow-up call that I had after my master bedroom bathroom leak was fixed. You don't get to meet too many family-run companies that are embedded in U.S based labor and exceed expectations. Referring them to all my friends and family in San Antonio."

FAQs for solar panel installation projects in Universal City, TX

If you experience frequent power outages, want to become more energy independent, or aim to reduce your reliance on the grid, investing in a solar battery system can be worthwhile. With a solar battery, you'll have backup power day or night, even if the local grid fails. However, to power larger appliances or ensure you have energy for longer periods, you'll need to invest in multiple batteries. While the upfront cost is higher, many homeowners find the added peace of mind to be well worth the investment.

Solar battery storage capacity is measured in kilowatt-hours, which directly indicates the amount of energy the battery can store. This measurement determines how long essential appliances will continue operating during an outage. A clear understanding of capacity helps in planning the overall system size to ensure effective backup power and to maintain optimal performance even as the battery ages.

Determining the correct size for your solar battery system requires evaluating your monthly energy usage. Start by reviewing your utility bills to identify your average consumption, and then match the battery’s kilowatt-hour rating to cover essential loads. Consulting with a solar professional ensures that the system is sized to deliver continuous backup power, meeting both immediate and future energy needs.

A solar battery's lifespan ranges from five to 15 years, and its durability is affected by battery quality, charging frequency, and environmental conditions. Regular maintenance and proper usage are key to maximizing longevity. Monitoring your system, following manufacturer guidelines, and scheduling routine inspections all help ensure that your battery performs reliably throughout its service life.
