He initially provided us with a free walkthrough estimate of our entire house to include some couches and rugs in addition to the carpets that needed care. He was very thorough and provided a reasonable estimate for the cleaning. It took me a few months to pull the trigger on utilizing his services but I am beyond pleased that I did! Fred showed up early to stage before his associate arrived and I couldn’t be happier with the turnout of their work! He is kind, very friendly, and in my opinion reasonably priced. "I spoke to Mike the owner the day before and he was pleasant and professional and offered next day estimate and service. I had never done upholstery service on my furniture before so I was unsure. But I’m glad I went along with it. I got a great deal from mike and excellent price. Jose F was the gentleman who worked really really hard and I was watching how detailed and thorough his work was. Jose worked nonstop and was a polite professional person. I asked a few questions and he explained the process well. "I needed a miracle. My carpet was bleached badly by another company on Angi list and I needed the carpet done today. He came in and seen that my entire carpet areas had been bleached and he said there was nothing he could do to save the carpet. Then he said I can replace it all for a discounted rate and being that I have a owner walk through tomorrow I said yes not only did he give me the best price the quality of work he did for my whole townhouse was top notch!!! And he did it all in less than 6 hours talk about a professional. He told me trust me sir you won’t be disappointed and I wasn’t if you need anything done definitely call Miranda!!! "I liked the fact that they came over to pick up the carpet and to return it after cleaning was done. 
The service was kind of fast and reliable. After I called the office, they scheduled me a day and time to pick up the carpet. Based on the measurement and type of carpet, they were able to give me a price for the work. The carpet was returned to my house the following week looks like new. The carpet was wrapped in a nylon bag and it showed me that they really care for the satisfaction of their clients.

Luis was amazing and spent extra time cleaning my sofa as my dog had just died and he had several accidents on it. It looks like new!
