"When Donny (plumber) got to my house I explained my problem. He tried several times to clear the kitchen drain, but it was unsuccessful due to mud clogged in drain in a pipe in the basement. He advised to add an access pipe to outside for better access to unclog drain without having to do major redesigning pipes in basement. Once the new access pipe was installed the outside the drain was cleared with not problems. Donny also suggested how to sharpen blades on garbage disposal and suggestions on how to keep drain clear in the future. I am so happy about the work Donny did and I am very grateful to him.
