"It went very well. I received for estimates, ranging from $2950 to $4500. Politz Enterprises' estimate is $2950. I intended to have it done in May when the temperature is better for the shingles. But the company had it scheduled and done in early February. It's been two months since it was done. No leaks or any issues so far. On the quality rating, I currently gave it a N/A because I will updated it after the summer when I have more time to see if any problem develops. But so far, I have not had any problems."

His crew, Will and Fazel stayed until almost dark to get the gutters installed. "It went extremely well, Chris K. after the initial contact, he was proactive in getting me a quote very quickly as in < 3 hrs. Once I have secured my financing with my bank, he immediately order the panels and set up dates for the installed. and the install was done in less than a day all 27 panels on the roof, pretty impressive if you ask me. He quickly got his electrician hook up the the panels and inspection done. Really only thing you had to do was sign a few papers and thats about it. "My home has a 100+ year old slate roof in disrepair and several generations of cheap fixes. I contacted Leeland's for an opinion on repairs. The inspector was extremely thorough, provided pictures, and gave me his candid opinion on the remaining life of my roof based on the condition of my slates and flashings. He ultimately wrote up an estimate to paint the rusted metal valleys, replace several dozen broken slates, repair rotted wood, and install new copper chimney flashing and a cricket. It was a difficult decision to repair vs replace the roof, but I never felt any pressure from them one way or another. I agreed to the repairs originally, but ultimately changed my mind and just decided to replace the roof. I'm sure this was a hassle to go back and forth with me, but they were very patient, and ultimately returned my deposit.
