"I had a flagstone patio that was sinking and uneven due to subsidence. The company removed all the stones, rebuilt the base with a proper slope away from the house, and reinstalled the stones. The price was fair (I had some higher estimates and some lower) and the quality of work was excellent with a good attention to detail. I most appreciated that Lazaro offered a vision for a better patio. My original request was to just replace the stones the way they were, but he made recommendations on how to improve the patio (with the same amount of stones) that led to a much better final project."

"This review is late in coming and that is on me. My home looks fabulous, Mike and his crew did replacement windows, sided whole house and gave me 2 new porches. Looks like a whole new house. Does top notch work and great to work with. Very professional, and treated my house like his own, had a lot of great suggestions. Mike was on the job everyday and his guys were great, and you didn't even know they were there when they left, cleaned up great. Could not beat his prices for the quality of work. Best Landscaping did a phenomenal job with the design, planning, and installation of our patio, as well as a drainage system to stop flooding in our backyard. The contractors always showed up on time, and left the job site clean at the end of the day. From the start of the project, everything went very smoothly. I was given a very competitive estimate, and the company was always quick to respond when I had questions or concerns. The owner, Abel, was wonderful. He called and checked in often with the builders, and made sure things were going smoothly. When it turned out that we were going to have to make some additional changes, the change in pricing was very fair. When some materials were unavailable due to Covid, Abel worked hard to make sure we were happy with the substitutions. Since the french drain installation, we have had no problems with runoff and flooding. "Mr. Lemus has an excellent crew that gets right to work. We had 10 yards of mulch and three yards of Leafgrow delivered that morning and by the end of the day our flower beds were all edged and mulched, the lawn was aerated and has a top "dressing" of three yards of Leafgrow and the place looks fantastic. This was a long day for these guys -- finished up at about 6PM but wow I was super impressed. Mr. Lemus is friendly and very accommodating. His crew is polite and very respectful -- always yes, sir or yes ma'am. Really, I'd recommend them to anyone. The name says it all -- quality work at reasonable prices. Love these guys!"

"We were looking into redoing our old deck and got a quote which we thought was reasonable for our large deck. Then for another estimate, we called 7th State Builders. They explained that for the same cost, we could get a paver stone patio (which in the long run is far less maintenance). The owner worked with our budget and the gentlemen who laid our pavers were extremely professional and worked within our wishes. They removed the deck and finished the patio in about a week. Awesome job! After a week or so, it had rain for a period of time and we noticed that a small dip in the patio was collecting a puddle. After a call, they came out and fixed the problem. We would definitely recommend this company for a patio."
