"I had an exterior door installed. I also had a sliding glass door installed by them last year. I specifically went back to this company because they did such an amazing job with the first install. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and affordable. There is no stress involved dealing with MAS Home Improvement, Inc. They are very responsive; they show up on time; they do a great job and they clean up after themselves. For both installs, I had a consult with Saluh and he was extremely helpful with telling me what type of door (measurements and other pertinent details) I needed. He also told me everything else that was needed for the install. They picked up my order from store and did the install with no problem. I have one more sliding glass door to replace and I will definitely be using them again. I truly appreciate good service. MAS Home Improvement will not disappoint. Also, this of course is during the Covid pandemic. The team all had on masks and gloves. I am extremely pleased with the service I received. Thank you guys!"

"The installation of the door was done well; however, the work area was not adequately protected (no floor protection) and a crowbar was dropped on my new hardwood floor and put a gash in the floor. There was also a communication issue between the sales department and the installers on putting on new break metal around the outside of the door. Yes I would use them again but I would confirm everything with the installers before the start and I would make sure they prep the area to protect the property."

"I had two old sliding glass doors where the wood around the glass was rotting. The needed to be replaced. I went to the Germantown Home Show and got three companies to come out and do an estimate. Presidential was easily the best choice of the three. The doors got ordered and a month or so later they arrived and were installed the next day. The crew from Presidential was professional and courteous. The door installation went quick and they cleaned up like they weren't even there. I am very pleased with my new doors."

"Diaz and his crew recently completed a job for our home. It started off with a basement renovation. They installed several sections of missing drywall and reinstalled a set of windows (that were installed incorrectly by a previous contractor). Then they painted our basement, installed new recessed ceiling lighting, placed new moldings and installed flooring with vinyl plank After the basement was completed they completely redid our kitchen and main living area They installed new cabinets and countertops. They redid all of our upstairs lighting. They removed old nonfunctional heaters and redid the floor moldings. They installed a new tile backsplash for our kitchen. Finally they painted and installed new flooring. I can’t say enough great things about this contractor. I found that he and his work crew are extremely proficient and did excellent work. They had incredible attention to detail. The painting, flooring, lighting, and every single thing was absolutely completed to perfection. The team cleaned up thoroughly every single day, and took great pains to minimize the impact of their work on the rest of the house (by placing tarps, drapes, and plastic doorway partitions). I was very happy that a single contractor was able to do all these various different things and still do them so well. Diaz did have specific companies that he worked with to make the cabinets and countertop but we were very happy with the options that he provided. He even helped us set up a visit in person to look at countertops before we made a final decision. Diaz was honest and upfront, and was extremely reliable. He made multiple suggestions throughout the process to improve the renovation and the function of our home, and I really trusted his input. Diaz is highly skilled as a designer as well as a contractor. Diaz stuck to his estimate. As expected with a project like this, extra things did come up along the way that lead to additional cost. But Diaz was upfront with those additional costs, and they all seemed extremely reasonable. If there was any negative it was that Diaz and his crew were always extremely busy. As a result, communication sometimes took a while, and the renovations took a little time (since they were clearly juggling multiple projects at once). However, I do feel that overall Diaz his crew did the job in a timely manner Most importantly, we were extremely happy with the end result. We feel like we’re living in a new house and cannot recommend Diaz highly enough. If you’re looking for a crew that has great attention to detail, a high level of versatility across various contract jobs, and that is extremely trustworthy and reliable, then Diaz and your crew is the right choice. We will definitely use them again the next time something needs to be done at our home."

"Recently we replaced our screened in porch and we are so glad to have had Marc and his crew on this project. We were referred to Homecraft Builders by friends who recently used the company to build a deck. Initially we were going to replace the existing structure but after reviewing options with Marc we decided to add an additional open area to the porch. Marc was “hands on” from our initial estimate and through the project. We appreciate that Marc walked us through the different stages of the project (tear down, rebuild, roofing) and was very communicative on how the crew was completing work. When decisions needed to be made on the job (where to put new stairs, fan installation), Marc walked us through the different options to ensure the finished product would meet our needs. "Getting new windows and a sliding glass door was a daunting process, mostly because of the number of companies out there and not really knowing the difference between window types and if it’s worth the expense. We had a positive experience with Kenny at Nova Exteriors when he came to our house for an estimate. He wasn’t “salesy” (especially compared to reps from places like Window Nation that used annoying pressure sales tactics). The options were straight-forward, and we liked the company history & products/labor warranties. The negative would be cost (on the higher end of estimates compared to others we received) but at the end of the day we went with the company we liked and decided to pay more for overall quality. It’s hard to know if we get up-charged for location (the same windows in a different county are probably a certain % cheaper) but that’s out of our control. The installation went smoothly, and the team was friendly, efficient, and did a nice job. We hope to enjoy our new windows and sliding glass door for many years to come!"
