"Two-person crew arrived on time Tuesday, June 28. Attempted to clear the obstruction for 15 minutes, but they failed. Crew said they would contact my home warranty company to see if my coverage allowed a replacement. Crew said they'd get back to me in 3-4 hours. Didn't happen. Tuesday afternoon and evening, no call. Wednesday, no call. Thursday, no call. Friday, I left a message in the early morning -- no return call. I called again Friday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. Dispatcher said all technicians were unavailable until NEXT Tuesday (July 5). One week with the problem unresolved is not optimal."

"Where do I start. Water valve was leaking and my warranty company sent them. Had to call and see when they were actually coming out and they did to collect their $100 trade fee call. Drew came out on a Monday and said he needed parts and will give me a Tuesday to let me know what the warranty company covers. I DID NOT HEAR BACK FROM HIM. So I called him directly on Wednesday and he stated the work has been approved and he needs parts and will give me a call to schedule another appoint. It is now Friday and I still haven't heard back from him. So I called and he stated he is still in need of one more part and will give me a call next week when he has everything, I called him on Monday to get the status he says he can come on Tuesday between 9 &10. 10:30 AM on Tuesday NO DREW. I called to see if he was still coming out and no he can't make it and says he should have called me early but he still needs parts and can come out on Friday at noon. Friday at noon comes and still NO DREW. so I called the company directly the guy answers and says maybe he had a family emergency I can give you his cell. I called his cell it rung twice before he sent me to voicemail. DREW NEVER SHOWED UP TO COMPLETE ANY WORK THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I ended up calling the warranty company again asking to have a new company come out."

"We woke up one more recently and the temperature in the house was intolerably cold. I had the thermostat set on 75, which was much higher than we even usually have it, but even when I would switch the fan from Auto to Blow, the system seemed to cut on for a couple minutes and then just die, and it was blowing cold air. I was so worried because I was afraid to call an unknown company, and the people I'd worked with in the past weren't answering because it was so early in the morning. I called AQP and they answered right away (it was before 7AM) and said they could be here in an hour. When the technician arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and said he would have the part replaced and the system running within a couple hours, which he did. By afternoon, our house was warm again, and the cost was extremely affordable. I will definitely hire them again!"
